Automated telephone banking service

Our automated telephone banking service is a safe, easy way to do your banking at Vancity from your home or office any time, any day. Service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

You'll need your:

  • MEMBER CARD debit card
  • Your Telephone Banking Code (also called your Personal Access Code or PAC#)
  • Your Relationship # if you have more than one Relationship #

You can use the automated telephone banking service to:

  • check your account balances
  • check transactions in your account
  • pay your bills or cancel a pending payment
  • transfer money within your accounts
  • transfer money to other Vancity members
