Personal Service Charge Bulletin


To help you bank in the safest way, effective March 16, 2020 until April 30, 2020 we’re waiving some fees on the following accounts on the Service Charge Bulletin – Personal Banking #170.
Any fees specified below that have been charged within this period will be reimbursed to members and will show as “COVID-19 Fee Relief” on statements and online banking.

  • Chequing accounts: Pay-As-You-Go Chequing, Chequing Plus, Access Chequing, and E Package Chequing
  • Savings accounts: Jumpstart™ High Interest savings, Plan 24® Savings, Plan 24® Savings Plus, Investment Savings
