How to make or schedule a single bill payment:

Use online banking on your desktop, tablet or through the mobile app anytime to make bill payments with ease.

Log in

Log into online banking or the desktop, tablet, or the mobile app. Select ‘Pay Bills’.

Add payee

First time paying this vendor? Select ‘manage payees’ and use the handy payee search. You’ll need to input your account number with them. See how-to.

Pay bill

On the ‘Pay Bills’ page, added payees can be selected in the ‘To:’ field. Then select the account you’re paying from, enter the amount and choose to pay now or schedule ahead.

Telephone banking 24/7.

Automated telephone banking is a safe, easy way to pay bills or cancel a pending payment 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in English, Cantonese, Punjabi and French. Make sure you have your MEMBER CARD debit card and Telephone Banking Code ready.

How to pay bills with automated banking:

Call us

After the greeting, press ‘2’ for bill payments. Enter the last 10 digits of your MEMBER CARD debit card, then press the ‘#’ key.

Input your telephone banking code, followed by the ‘#’ key.

Select account

Press ‘1’ to pay your bill.

Then select ‘1’ to pay from your chequings account or select ‘2’ to pay from your savings account.

Select payee

Enter the last 4 digits of your payee account number or select ‘#’ for your payee list.

To add or remove payees, you must log into online banking or use our mobile app.

Enter dollar amount

Enter the dollar amount you like to pay. Including 2 digits for the cents followed by the ‘#’ key.

Example: To pay $50.00, press ‘5000’.

Confirm payment date

To pay the bill now, press ‘1’. To schedule the payment for a later date, press ‘2’.

To change to dollar amount, press ‘3’. To change the bill payment details, press ‘4’.

Payment confirmation

When your payment is complete and you'll get a confirmation number.

Press ‘1’ to pay another bill. Press ‘2’ to pay another bill from account. Press ‘3’ to repeat the confirmation number.
