Mobile Devices

Smartphones and tablets with the following browser and operating systems can be used for online banking in the mobile browser.

  • iOS 15 and higher with the latest version of Safari
  • Android 10 and higher with the latest version of Chrome

Hardware configurations

We have no minimum hardware requirements; however certain minimum requirements may be specified by the browser you use.

Access outside of Canada

In accordance with current sanctions, you will be unable to access Vancity’s online or app banking services from the following countries and regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the regions of Crimea, Luhansk (LNR) or Donetsk.
