Loan Details
Vancity will provide loans from $10,000 to $75,000 at prime, plus 4%. The term loan can be up to $75,000 but only up to $10,000 as a line of credit. The loan will be amortized over a period of up to 7 years maximum.

- No annual fees
- No prepayment penalties
- Two missed payments are possible.
