There are two convenient ways to reach us by telephone:

Member Services Centre: we're here for you

Our contact centre (Member Services Centre), is staffed by member service specialists ready to serve you 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 5:30 pm Sundays. Need help? Need answers? Need personal service? Just give us a call.

With Member Services Centre you can:

  • Access your accounts to pay bills, order cheques, transfer funds, obtain balances and transaction information
  • Open a new personal account if you are already a member
  • Apply for personal and business loans, mortgages or lines of credit
  • Purchase investment products, such as term deposits or Canada Savings Bonds
  • Make a contribution to your retirement savings plan
  • Connect with your branch, our head office or a Vancity subsidiary

Your member identity code is required for verification when you call. To get a member identity code, visit your nearest Vancity branch.

Telephone access is available for deaf and hard of hearing persons (TDD) at 604-871-5408.

Automated telephone banking service: anytime you need it

Our automated telephone service is a safe, easy way to do your banking from your home or office any time, any day.

You'll need your:

  • MEMBER CARD® debit card
  • Your Telephone Banking Code (also called your Personal Access Code or PAC#)
  • Your Relationship # if you have more than one Relationship #
If you don’t have a MEMBER CARD debit card or a Code, visit a community branch.

You can use the automated telephone banking service to

  • check your account balances
  • check transactions in your account
  • pay your bills or cancel a pending payment
  • transfer money within your accounts
  • transfer money to other Vancity members

Note: A telephone banking code selected by you safeguards your personal account information. You can get a telephone banking code at any community branch or by calling our Member Services Centre.
