Member Services Centre: we’re here for you

Our contact centre (Member Services Centre), is staffed by member service specialists ready to serve you 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 5:30 pm Sundays. Need help? Need answers? Need personal service? Just give us a call.

With Member Services Centre you can:

  • Access your accounts to pay bills, order cheques, transfer funds, obtain balances and transaction information
  • Open a new personal account if you are already a member
  • Apply for personal and business loans, mortgages or lines of credit
  • Purchase investment products, such as term deposits or Canada Savings Bonds
  • Make a contribution to your retirement savings plan
  • Connect with your branch, our head office or a Vancity subsidiary

Your member identity code is required for verification when you call. To get a member identity code, visit your nearest Vancity branch.

Telephone access is available for deaf and hard of hearing persons (TDD) at 604-871-5408.



Phone Banking: anytime you need it

Our automated touch-tone telephone service is a safe, easy way to do your Vancity banking from your home or office any time, any day.

Simply call 604.877.7001 or 1.800.310.8777 toll-free within British Columbia. Service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

You can use the Phone Banking to

  • check your account balances
  • check transactions in your account
  • pay your bills or future-date bill payments
  • transfer money within the same account number
  • transfer money to other Vancity members
  • obtain rate information on RRSPs, term deposits, mortgages and personal loans
  • purchase RRSPs or term deposits
  • obtain information on Vancity branch locations and hours of service

Note: A five-digit access code selected by you safeguards your personal account information. You can get a Personal Access Code (PAC) at any Vancity branch. A touch-tone phone is required.
