Our contact centre (Member Services Centre), is staffed by member service specialists ready to serve you 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 5:30 pm Sundays. Need help? Need answers? Need personal service? Just give us a call.
With Member Services Centre you can:
- Access your accounts to pay bills, order cheques, transfer funds, obtain balances and transaction information
- Open a new personal account if you are already a member
- Apply for personal and business loans, mortgages or lines of credit
- Purchase investment products, such as term deposits or Canada Savings Bonds
- Make a contribution to your retirement savings plan
- Connect with your branch, our head office or a Vancity subsidiary

Your member identity code is required for verification when you call. To get a member identity code, visit your nearest Vancity branch.

Automated telephone banking service: anytime you need it
Our automated telephone service is a safe, easy way to do your banking from your home or office any time, any day.
You'll need your:
- MEMBER CARD® debit card
- Your Telephone Banking Code (also called your Personal Access Code or PAC#)
- Your Relationship # if you have more than one Relationship #
