¹ This offer (the “Welcome Offer”) is only available to British Columbia residents and if you are at least 19 years old. For any application, we will obtain your credit bureau report to confirm your eligibility for our product. Approval for a Vancity enviro Visa Classic card with Low Interest Rate (the “Account”) is subject to meeting the minimum personal income requirements for the card. If you make your first purchase within thirty (30) days, we will credit your account by $25 on that same statement in order to reverse the charge (the “Annual Fee Rebate”). The Annual Fee Rebate is only for the first year for the Account Administrator and will appear on your first statement.
