Community Branch Partnerships.
For smaller, neighbourhood-based projects and initiatives.
- Grants distributed via Vancity branches.
- Funding to support groups doing work on climate action, Reconciliation, social and financial inclusion, and anti-racism.
Non-Profit Housing Retrofit Program.
For non-profit housing providers.
- Supports climate-friendly renovations
- Helps put buildings on a pathway to net-zero and climate resilience.
Vancity Affordable Community Housing Program & Accelerator Fund.
For affordable rental housing development projects across BC.
- Provides grants and flexible low-cost financing to Not-For-Profit, Cooperative and Indigenous organizations
- Offers individual and institutional social impact investors an opportunity to invest in local community-owned affordable rental housing projects.
Community Partnership Program.
For financial resilience or climate justice projects that remove barriers to economic well-being.
- No new grants are available for the Community partnership program in 2026.
- We continue to support communities through existing funding partnerships.
Vancity enviroFund™ Program
For projects that reduce waste and carbon emissions.
- In 2026, the enviroFund will support our Non-Profit Housing Retrofit Program.
