Travel coverage.

When you rent a car for up to 48 consecutive days, decline the rental agency’s collision damage waiver and charge the full cost of the rental to your enviro Visa card, you may be covered up to a specified amount if the rental car is damaged or stolen.

You, your spouse, and your dependent children have a specified amount of travel accident coverage for specified losses while traveling by common carrier when you purchase at least 75% of the common carrier fare with your enviro Visa card.

You, as the Primary Cardholder, your spouse, your dependent children, and other Cardholders on your account have up to $5,000,000 in emergency medical coverage when travelling together outside of Canada (for up to 22 consecutive days for travelers under age 65 and for up to 3 consecutive days for travelers age 65 years and older).

If you are required to cancel your trip before departure for a covered cause, you are covered up to a specified amount to reimburse you for non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees if you purchase at least 75% of your common carrier fare with your enviro Visa card. If you need to return home earlier than planned due to a covered cause, you also covered up to specified amount for a change in ticketing and non-refundable eligible expenses.

If you charge at least 75% of the fare for your flight to your enviro Visa card and your flight is delayed for more than 4 hours, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of essential items up to a specified amount.

If you purchase your common carrier fare with your enviro Visa card and your baggage is delayed for more than 4 hours, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of essential items up to a specified amount. If your baggage is lost or stolen, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of essential items up to a specified amount.

If your mobile phone or tablet is lost, stolen, accidently damaged, or experiences mechanical failure, you may get up to $1,000 of coverage if you used your enviro Visa card to purchase the device or charge all monthly wireless bill payments to the card.
