A collaboration between Vancity and PHS Community Services Society, the Pigeon Park Community Branch provides more than basic banking. In addition to giving access to basic financial services and trusted advice to low-income residents in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, the branch team, employed by PHS, are financial aid workers trained in mental health and addiction and help create a welcoming atmosphere where all members are treated with respect.
Vancity Community Foundation, a non-profit community foundation working with donors and investing agents, and helping deliver programs that contribute to the well-being of the communities they serve.
