Trust Accounts

The interest earned from the pooled trust accounts for these professionals provides core funding to three statutory foundations in British Columbia: the Real Estate Foundation, the Law Foundation, and the Notary Foundation. These statutory foundations exist to provide the public with legal research, legal aid, law libraries, legal education and law reform in areas of general public concern.

Service charges and rates
Monthly fee: There is no monthly fee for basic account transactions on pooled trust accounts.
