What you’ll need.
 

1. Your MEMBER CARD debit card
   Please enter the last 10 digits of your MEMBER CARD number (include zeros, omit the space), then press the ‘#’ key.
2. Telephone banking code
   Enter your telephone banking code which is also called your Personal Access Code or PAC numbher, then press the ‘#’ key.
   
   If you don’t have a MEMBER CARD debit card or a code, visit a community branch.
3. Relationship number
   Your accounts are held under a Relationship number. You can find your Relationship number on your statement and in online banking.
