Vancity announces Dave Perri as Chief Member Services Officer


Friday, February 12, 2021, Unceded territories of Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Nations/Vancouver B.C. —Vancity has announced Dave Perri as its Chief Member Services Officer (CMSO) to oversee services to Vancity’s 543,000 members, including its branch network and retail, business, commercial and wealth management lines of business.

Dave was appointed as Vancity’s Interim CMSO on July 1, 2020 and has been with Vancity for over twenty-nine years holding many roles in the organization. Most recently, he served as VP of Community Member Services and Chief Human Resources Officer.

“Since accepting the interim role last June, Dave’s unwavering member focus, practicality and commitment to do the right thing have benefitted Vancity members and supported our teams in building momentum for growth across our retail, business, commercial and wealth management portfolio,” said Christine Bergeron, CEO of Vancity.

Christine continued: “Dave has a deep understanding of where we’ve come from as an organization, what we stand for, our systems and our people. With that knowledge, and with the support of our diverse and talented teams, Dave will lead our largest division and help us make Vancity our members’ best financial partner.”
