Columbia StrEAT Food Truck Fest - 2015

Vancity is proud to be the sponsor of the Columbia StrEAT Food Truck Festival. At Vancity, we value local entrepreneurs that contribute to building a sustainable local and organic food sector. On August 22nd, you will be able to celebrate Vancouver’s cultural diversity by enjoying a variety of food from 50+ food trucks. This festival also features live local music, beer gardens and pop-up picnics parks. Come down to join in the festivities!

Zero Waste Event Vancity is proud to support the Downtown New Westminster BIA on their greening efforts. As a community sponsor, Vancity will be working with Recycling Alternative and the BIA to identify opportunities and demonstrate best practices on how the Columbia StrEAT Food Truck Festival can become a Zero Waste Event. Since 2007 Vancity has been carbon neutral and we are excited to support local events to help reduce their waste..
