Auto rental collision/loss damage insurance
When you rent a car for up to 48 consecutive days, decline the rental agency’s collision damage waiver and charge the full cost of the rental to your enviro Visa card, you may be covered if the rental car is damaged or stolen.§
Common carrier travel accident insurance
You, your spouse and your dependent children have up to $500,000 in travel accident coverage for specified losses while traveling by common carrier when you purchase at least 75% of the common carrier fare with your enviro Visa card.§
Delayed and lost baggage insurance
If you purchase your common carrier fare with your enviro Visa Infinite Privilege card and your baggage is delayed for more than 4 hours, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of essential items up to $1,000 per trip. If your baggage is lost or stolen, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of essential items up to $2,500 per insured person.§
Emergency travel assistance services
When experiencing a travel-related setback, you can get access to medical referral, lost luggage, legal referral and payment assistance, lost document and ticket replacement, emergency cash transfer, and pre-trip information when you call emergency travel assistance services. Additional costs may apply and will be charged to your enviro Visa card.§
Flight delay insurance
If you charge at least 75% of the fare for your flight to your enviro Visa Infinite Privilege card and your flight is delayed for more than 4 hours, you’ll be reimbursed for the cost of essential items up to $1,000 per trip.§
Travel emergency medical insurance
You, as the Primary Cardholder, your spouse, your dependent children, and other Cardholders on your account have up to $5,000,000 per insured person in emergency medical coverage when traveling together outside of Canada (for up to 22 consecutive days for travelers under age 65 and for up to 3 consecutive days for travelers age 65 years and older).§
Trip cancellation and interruption insurance
If you are required to cancel your trip before departure for a covered cause, you are covered up to $2,500 per insured person and $25,000 per trip for reimbursement of non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees if you purchase at least 75% of your eligible trip expenses with your enviro Visa card. If you need to return home earlier than planned due to a covered cause, you are also covered up to $5,000 per insured person and $25,000 per trip for a change in ticketing and for non-refundable eligible expenses.§
Purchase coverage
Access upon presentation of a valid enrolled eligible enviro Visa Infinite Privilege card, while available in most lounges within the Program, is subject to availability.
enviro Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders have access to participating lounges through the Visa Airport Companion Program (“Program”), hosted and managed by Dragonpass International Ltd. Cardholders must enroll for this benefit using a valid enviro Visa Infinite Privilege card. Upon enrollment, six complimentary lounge visits will be available for enviro Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders per membership year. All visits for enviro Visa Infinite cardholders and additional visits beyond the complimentary visits for enviro Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders are subject to a fee per person per visit. Cardholders who participate in the Program are subject to the DragonPass Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and Visa’s Privacy Notice. You will earn more points per $1 on eligible purchases made with an enviro Visa Infinite and enviro Visa Infinite Privilege card. Eligibility is based on the merchant code as classified in the Visa credit card network. Purchases made at merchants classified as (i) Grocery Stores; Freezer and Locker Meat Provisioners; Candy Stores; Dairy Product Stores; Bakeries; and Misc. Food Stores – Convenience Stores and Specialty Markets are “groceries” and earn 3 points with every $1 purchase; (ii) Local/Suburban Commuter Passenger Transportation – Railroads; and Transportation Services Not Elsewhere Classified are “public transit and ferries” and earn 5 points with every $1 purchase. Some merchants may sell these products/services or are separate merchants who are located on the premises of these merchants, but are classified by the Visa credit card network in another manner, in which case the accelerated earn rate will not apply. Points are earned based on the dollar amount of Purchases you make on your Card. You will not earn Points on Cash Advances, Cash-Like Transactions, Balance Transfers, writing Visa Cheques or for the amounts you pay in interest, annual fees or any other types of fees on your Visa Account.
