Purchase a minimum of $5 to a maximum of $1,000 in equity shares in Vancity. 

If you share an account with a full Vancity member, there is no equity share requirement. However, if you want a full membership on a joint account, you must purchase a minimum of $5 in equity shares for each additional member on the account.
