Erin Ireland and Darren Yada are life and business partners determined to prove that the future of baking is plant-based. Erin founded To Live For as a wholesale bakery in 2012, and Darren joined in 2022, building out their new production space and storefront in East Vancouver. To Live For supplies to over 175 partners. Their mission is to offer a plant-based baking alternative that’s better for the environment, animals, one’s health, and taste buds.
