James Bay Community Project offers support to a community

James Bay Community Project (JBCP) has been serving Victoria and the surrounding area for over 30 years with medical and social services, family support and holistic care—from baby groups to seniors outreach. JBCP is operated by a committed staff and over 300 volunteers.
