  • Pay bills, add and remove bill vendors

What's new?

In version 13.7.1, you'll benefit from the following new INTERAC e-Transfer® features:

  • Request Money allows you to easily send a request for money.
  • With Autodeposit you can register your email address so funds will be automatically deposited in to your account without the need to answer a security question or log in.
  • You will also now be able to see the names of e-Transfer senders and recipients in your account activity and on statements.
  • We added support for the latest mobile operating system (iOS 12) and devices.
  • Lastly, we included minor bug fixes to improve the overall experience.

Please note, an update for the Vancity mobile app will be required to enable these features.

Getting started

Setting up the Vancity mobile app is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Free download from the App Store℠ or Google Play™.
  2. You'll need your PAC (Personal Access Code). Visit your nearest Vancity community branch or call the Member Services Centre for assistance if you don't have one.
  3. Log in with the last 10 digits on your MEMBER CARD® debit card and your PAC. Here’s how.

Setting up the Vancity mobile app on Apple Watch

After downloading the Vancity mobile app, you’ll need to pair your Apple Watch and your iPhone.

Use of the Vancity Mobile App is subject to the terms and conditions found in the Vancity Account and Services Guide for personal members and in the Business Member Agreement for business members.

While the Vancity app is free, service charges apply to certain transactions. For service charges associated with personal accounts, see Vancity’s personal banking account service fees. For service charges associated with business accounts, see the Business Service Charge Bulletin. In addition to these fees, your mobile carrier may charge you for using browser-related services on your mobile device.

The Vancity mobile app employs strict security measures to help protect your accounts from unauthorized transactions. You can maximize the security of your online activities and protect yourself from online fraud by following these consumer safety tips.

If you incur losses due to unauthorized online banking or debit card transaction activity you will be reimbursed as long as you fulfill all of your responsibilities under the Account and Services Guide (for retail members) or the Business Member Agreement (for business members).
