Go paperless for the planet

1. Log into online banking to access your Account Summary
2. In the left navigation, under ‘My Accounts’, select ‘View e-Statements’ and ‘Visa Statements’

In online banking (desktop):

1. Log into online banking to access your Account Summary
2. In the left navigation, under ‘My Accounts’, select ‘View e-Statements’

On the Manage my Visa card website:

1. Log into the Manage my Visa card website.
2. Select ‘View eStatements’ from the “I want to…” dropdown menu.

You can opt-out in 3 easy steps:

1. Log into online banking to access the Statement Preferences page
2. Complete the Paper Statement Preferences form for each Relationship number and select ‘Continue’.
3. Select ‘I Agree’ to confirm your update. It may take up to six weeks for the change to take effect.

Once you opt-out of paper statements, you’ll receive an email notification every time a new eStatement is ready to view online. You can access your banking account eStatements in online banking under ‘My Accounts’ and ‘View e-Statements’.

Change your mind? You can restart paper statements at any time. We’ll still upload your eStatements to your online account automatically – you don’t have to ask.

1. Log into the Manage my Visa card website.
2. Make sure your e-mail address is correct.
3. Choose the blue ‘Statement preferences’ link on the right side of the Account Summary (main) screen or from the top left-hand corner menu, choose ‘Manage my profile’.
4. Choose the pencil on the right-hand side of the Paper statements box.
5. Choose “Turn off”.

Once you opt-out of paper statements, you’ll receive an email notification every time a new eStatements is ready to view online. You can access your enviro Visa eStatements in online banking under ‘My Accounts’ and ‘View e-Statements’.
