Accessible banking for members with disabilities

Our branches are wheelchair accessible and our ATMs offer audio functionality for our members who need assistance with their ATM transactions through the use of a headset.

At the branches, members who are deaf or hard of hearing may choose to use our auditory aid called an audio induction loop installed at the sit-down wicket. This simple yet effective technology allows members to sit at the wicket, switch their hearing aid to telephone mode, and hear with greater clarity what the person across from them is saying. A small microphone attached to the back of the computer monitor picks up the conversation and transmits it through the loop directly to the hearing aid.

Our websites are designed to be accessible by those who use screenreading devices such as JAWS (Job Access With Speech). We train senior call centre agents to provide TTY (text telephone) banking services to members with hearing disabilities.
