AGM remote viewing and voting
Vancity has partnered with LUMI (an AGM technology provider) so guests may easily attend, and members may vote while watching the AGM webcast.
If you'd like to join our remote AGM or participate in voting, it's simple.
Here's what you need to do:- At 6 pm on the day of the AGM (Tuesday, May 10, 2022) simply click here
- Then follow the instructions below for Member or Guest login
Note: Please ensure you are using an updated version of one of the following web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. The webcast cannot be viewed using Internet Explorer.
Member login
- Select ‘I have a member card number’
- Enter:
Username: enter the full 16 digits from your Member Card
Password: VC2022AGM

What if my Username and/or Password doesn’t work?
Please ensure you are entering them correctly, and exactly how they are shown on this webpage above.
Note that only members who are members in good standing as of January 31, 2021 are eligible to log in. If you’re having troubles logging in or you became a member post January 31, 2021 but would still like to view the AGM, you can do so by signing in as a Guest. For any other inquiries, please email agm@vancity.com.
How do I view/listen to the webcast?
There is a ‘Broadcast’ Panel located at the bottom of the application. Click/press on the ‘^’ icon, which will expand the panel into full screen mode. Here you will be able to access the webcast.
Why does the voting window close too early for me to vote?
Make sure you see the “Live” indicator at the bottom left corner of the video player window and it has a red circle next to it.
If the circle is grey, you are watching a delayed broadcast, by pressing the live indicator you will jump to the live feed. Once you hit the live button, the circle will change from grey to red and you’ll be watching the livestream in real-time and avoiding the voting window from closing too early.
How do I vote?
When a motion poll is opened, the voting screen will come to the forefront of the device.
To cast your vote, simply press the voting option which corresponds with your desired choice. All responses will be received in real-time. There is no ‘Send’ button required.

Please be aware Lumi AGM is not supported when using Internet Explorer.
