Mortgage Funding
Completed Request for Funds must be submitted prior to 3PM on the day of advance to ensure same day funding.
Requests submitted after 3PM will be completed on a best effort basis.
Mortgage & Non-Mortgage Payout Statement
As of May 15, 2023, Vancity partnered with Dye & Durham (AtSource) for Mortgage Payouts for a more streamlined process.

Please provide a minimum of 5 business days’ notice for a payout statement. Requests received with notice of 4 days or less will be completed on a best effort basis.
Information Only requests require a minimum of 10 business days’ notice.
Note: All requests must include a current (within 30 days) title search to be considered complete and ready to prepare. Information Only requests also require signatures from all parties (borrowers and covenantors).
Funds for payout
Cheques for Payout purposes are to be delivered to a Vancity branch, along with any applicable documentation.
All solicitors are required to read and comply with the following Letter of Engagement.
A complete Request for Funds is to consist of the following documents and is to be sent to the Funding department (contact information above):
Copy of applicable Mortgage Registration.
Registered Form B,
Registered Form A,
and/or PPSA Registration
Any other funding requirements as stated in the Solicitor Instructions.
